Norwegian “fudge Cheese”. Brunost sometimes know as Gjetost is a whey product cheese made by using the natural sugars that occur in goat’s milk and cows cream. Idealy this cheese should be thinley sliced and is often served as part of a healthy breakfast of nuts, tangy fruits & oat biscuits.
