Comte Fort Saint Antoine

Made in a traditional cheese dairy at Fort Saint Antoine, high Jura Mountains at an altitude of over 1000 m.  Comté Fort Saint Antoine is made from organic raw milk, and is a real rarity. The best Comtés from summer production are selected and then mature for at least 16 months. Definitely worth the wait for this  slightly crystallised texture with a wonderful, nutty taste with fruit undertones.
