Greek Feta

Greek Feta has a moist but crumbly, slightly grainy texture and is mild tasting but a little salty. Matured for a minimum of 3 months and is produced in large blocks. General use is in salads but it is also good to bake with, to use as a base in Lamb stew or jus as a great nibbling cheese.
