Creamy Lancashire cheese gently oak smoked on site at the Park Head Farm dairy in Lancashire to develop a subtle smoky flavour and aroma.  Made with milk exclusively from they own herd of pedigree Holstein Friesians.  The 24 hour cold smoking process adds a fantastic aroma, flavour and golden brown colour to the cheese.
