A beautifully creamy soft cheese aged for only 30 days. This is a gentle mild blue with savoury notes, a little sweetness that balances the bitterness of a blue

The ewe’s milk gives this cheese a lovely well-rounded richness.  The ewe’s milk gives it whiter paste than other blues and make it very striking.
