Said to have been created in 962 by a monk, Mariolles is a powerful fermier cheese. A beer-washed rind hiding the soft, buttery delight inside. Maroilles is an amazing cheese with two-toned flavour – wonderfully strong followed by a mellow aftertaste. Unforgettable with its fragrant woody notes that come from the crates they are packed in.
