Trufflyn 200g

Trufflyn is a beautiful goat’s cheese with a thin stripe of truffle paste and rolled in ash.  This adds a new dimension to the flavour giving the buttery paste a complementary  earthy, mushroomy flavour of the truffle.  All this with a lemony sharpness that pierces the richness.  As the cheese gently matures it develops beneath the rind and becomes runny and intensely wonderful.
