White Stilton

A good flavour with a moist crumbly texture. White Stilton has a freshness to it that makes it a great addition to any cheese board. A very different cheese to blue Stilton, white Stilton has a mildish yet slightly acidic sharp edge that cleanses the palate and gives it distinctive place apart from its blue counterpart. An absolute must with rich fruit cake.
