If your not sure about trying blue cheese, try this!! Yorkshire Blue has a creamy, sweet and mild flavour. Launched in 1995 that has become a national favourite. Yorkshire Blue was Shepherd’s Purses first blue cheese from cow’s milk and the first blue cheese to be made in Yorkshire for over 30 years.

Hand made and matured over eight weeks, hand turned to ensure a lovely blue veining and even smooth texture. Defiantly one to try
