Yorkshire Pecorino Fresco is matured for 30 days, using pasteurised local ewes milk locally sourced in Harrogate.  The flavour is creamy and  soft with a yoghurt tang.  Gorgeous in salads, or simply on your cheese board.  Made in Otley by Mario Olianas
