DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders, unless otherwise stated, are packaged in white boxes with special ice packs to preserve the cheese temperature. The Ice packs will keep your parcels cool for 48 hours. On occasions with our couriers, your order may be delayed and we cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery.

Please ensure you factor these times in if your order is for a special event. We use either bubble wrap for our larger cheese cake orders or paper straw for protection in transit unless otherwise stated. For cheese cakes, a spec sheet is included with your order which gives a list of your cheeses and assembly instructions where required.

For our gift orders, you have the option to purchase a gift box and your order will then be packaged in our attractive gift card boxes with paper straw for protection. If you leave a message at checkout stage, then a gift card with your message will be included with your order.
