Cave Aged Gruyere Reserve

Gruyere is a smooth but firm cheese.  When young it is sweet and fruity in flavour with a little nutty finish. This cave aged variant is from the same pastures in Vaud, and finishes its 12 month maturing in alpine caves to deepen the flavour and strength. Wonderfully full in flavour with complex tones that develop on the palate, this is one of Switzerland’s finest exports
