Cotherstone

Cotherstone is a hand made cheese with flavours which are fresh and citric, lemony, and lactic with a moist but a little bit of a crumbly texture.  A wonderfully simple cheese which is at its best when eaten young.  This is one of the “Dales” style cheeses which includes the likes of Swaledale and Wensleydale.

Unpasteurised.  Vegetarian.  Cow’s Milk
