Delice de Bourgogne mini

This pasteurised triple cream cheese is produced by Fromagerie Lincet, in Burgundy. A full fat cows milk cheese is married to fresh cream to deliver an unapologetically rich, whipped delight! Unlike most cheeses of this type, this one has a thin edible mold rippened rind, wich imparts delicate straw and musroom aromas which in turn compliment the buttery, yellow creamy interior! Just add your favourite wine!!
