The producer crafts Kaltbach Alpine from the finest Swiss cream and cow’s milk into a firm-pressed, smooth Swiss mountain cheese. It has all the qualities you would expect from any alpine cheese. Creamy, buttery and slightly nutty flavour and is a delicious alternative to Gruyere when cooking.
