Minger, a delicious Pont l’Eveque / Reblochon style cheese which has that wonderful pong!  This cheese is soft and gooey when fully ripe, with a rich and creamy texture inside. An orange rind tinged with annatto, which is both edible and delicious. Despite its memorable aroma, the cheese may not be as strong as its name suggests.
