Montgomery Cheddar

Montgomery’s Mature Cheddar is a handmade, unpasteurised Somerset Cheddar made at Manor Farm, North Cadbury. The cheese makers wrap the cheese in muslin cloth and age it for 12 months on wooden shelves. The aging gives it a fruity, nutty taste with noticeable strength and depth.
