Old Roan Wensleydale Yoredale

A traditional recipe uses unpasteurised cow’s milk to make Old Roan (Yoredale) Wensleydale. Crafted in small batches at the Curlew micro diary, this cheese delivers a creamier texture. Compared with your usual Wensleydale, it is less crumbly.

Smooth and creamy with a firm texture.  A yogurt, lemony initial taste goes on to give a longer lasting earthy mushroom finish
