Rachel is a semi firm goats cheese made by White Lake Cheese in Somerset .  A lightly washed rind that gives it a pinky colour with orange and yellow spots.  Rachel has a subtle sweet and a nutty lingering flavour.  This cheese has a delightful fragrance, not overly ‘goaty’ in its taste and will become one of your favourites.
