Raclette

Raclette is a semi hard cheese originating on the Franco-Swiss border. The cheese is washed in wine and herbs so it develops a good full bodied flavour.  Traditionally the Raclette is melted using a Raclette machine and oozed on to fresh warmed bread.  Also wonderful thinly sliced and melted on the top of roasted potatoes or vegetables
