Snowdonia Rock Star 200g

Aged deep underground within Welsh slate caves in the heart of Snowdonia.  Rock Star in it’s cobalt-coloured wax to celebrate the rocks of the historical mines where it is aged. The time spent underground gives the cheese a deeper flavour and denser texture, alongside a rich and savoury aroma. On the palate, Snowdonia says complex umami flavours and sweet caramel notes lead to a long finish with a savoury tang.
