Stinking Bishop

Stinking Bishop is a washed rind cheese which is produced in Gloucestershire by Charles Martell and son. Made on Laurel Farm, Dymock, from pasteurised cow’s milk and then matured for up to 4 months. A wonderfully gooey soft cheese that gets it’s name from the pear perry that is used to wash the cheese.
