Vacherin Mont d’Or

Vacherin Mont d’Or is made in the Jura mountains and is just one of six Swiss cheeses to be awarded the certified label of origin (AOC). This requires all stages of production to be in the region of origin. A recipe dating back to 1871 from Les Charonnières. Matured for 30 days at Guy Rieme’s dairy, it has a wonderfully creamy and full of flavour.
