Red Leicester

This traditional cloth bound Red Leicester is made especially for Goo Cheese. A traditional hard, cow’s milk cheese which is matured for nine months and clothbound in the traditional method. A good firm texture with a slightly nutty taste and a wonderful deep mellow flavour.
