Beauvale has a very thin natural rind and hiding behind it you will find a soft melt-in-the-mouth texture and mellow flavour made from full fat milk. Perfect for both Stilton fans and those who prefer a milder blue flavour. Great on a cheese board but try it melted into your pasta or on grilled meat. So yummy!!
