Pont L’Eveque AOP 220g

Pont L’Eveque is one of the world’s ancient cheeses and dates back to the thirteenth century.  Originally named D’Angelot and made on small farms on the coast of Normandy using rich and salty thermised cow’s milk. Well known for its delicate bouquet, rumoured to be reminiscent of the Normandy countryside.

Pont l’Eveque is rich and soft with a creamy and full-bodied flavour. Rated as one of our favourites here at The Crumbly Cheese.  Enjoy with a nice Bordeaux.
