Provolone Classico Picante

Immediately recognisable among all other cheeses due to its odd shape.  Provolone can be grated over a pasta dish, shaved over fresh carpaccio or used as an appetiser.  With such a great flavour it is considered one of the most famous and appreciated local Italian cheeses.

The Auricchio family dates back to 1877 and without a doubt they are the most famous Provolone producer in the world.
