Saint Féliciene

St. Félicien has a soft buttery paste with elegant mushroomy notes.  These little beauties are only matured for 2 weeks before they are released and each cheese comes in little terracotta pot so they are ideal to warm gently in the oven.

As the cheese ripens the paste becomes runny, gooey, and the flavour deepens. It is irresistible eaten young or left to ripen….how long can you wait!

Unpasteurised .  Cow’ milk . Thermised
